Meet Our Expert Dance Instructors in Kitchener-Waterloo

Sabrina specializes in contemporary, jazz, and hip hop with strong ballet foundations. Trained at JoAnne Chapman School of Dance with RAD Distinction, she’s created award-winning choreography for studios and university teams since 2016. Her professional experience includes working with renowned choreographers and appearing on The Next Step. Currently pursuing a PhD in Kinesiology, she combines movement science with choreography at Let’s Dance.

Meghan trained extensively at Waterloo Dance Centre and Let’s Dance Ltd., mastering multiple dance styles. Her competitive career includes RAD honours, Dance Masters titles, and NYCDA Nationals recognition. A Wilfrid Laurier University graduate, she’s been teaching and choreographing for over fifteen years, with her award-winning routines earning students numerous accolades. As a Registered Early Childhood Educator and mother of two, she brings her nurturing approach to inspiring dancers at Let’s Dance.

Jackie brings 30 years of ballet instruction experience as a Royal Academy of Dance certified teacher. At Let’s Dance LTD. for 14 years, she prepares students for examinations and creates competition choreography while continuing her professional development through Lisa Howell’s biomechanics workshops. She balances her dance career with her role as an Educational Assistant at Waterloo Region District School Board, supporting students with special needs. Jackie’s teaching combines technical precision with nurturing encouragement.

Lori trained at Let’s Dance Ltd from childhood, achieving excellence in multiple dance styles with honors in RAD examinations and Dance Masters competitions. Her professional career with Royal Caribbean International included roles as dancer, aerialist, Dance Captain, and Install Director managing multiple casts. A University of Waterloo psychology graduate and certified acro instructor, she now teaches at Let’s Dance, sharing her extensive performance experience and technical expertise with students across recreational and competitive programs.

Lauren trained at Let’s Dance Ltd from age four, achieving excellence in Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Ballet, Hip Hop, Acro, and Tap. Her dedication to technical growth through workshops and conventions across Canada and USA has earned her numerous accolades, including Bedazzled Dance Competition titles and roles as an assistant and ambassador at Ontario dance conventions. A Psychology major at Wilfrid Laurier University and member of the WLU Competitive Dance Team, she now teaches at Let’s Dance, sharing her performance expertise while developing her choreographic voice to inspire the next generation of dancers.

Olivia began dancing at age five and has developed strong competitive experience in jazz, lyrical, contemporary, ballet, and hip hop. She has refined her technique and performance quality through workshops and intensives, earning competitive placements and roles supporting choreography and team leadership. Currently a Sociology and Psychology student at Wilfrid Laurier University and a member of the WLU Competitive Dance Team, Olivia balances academic study with continued performance. She teaches at Let’s Dance, where she emphasizes technique, artistic expression, and confidence-building while nurturing each student’s individual growth and choreographic voice.

Grace began dancing at age three at Let’s Dance Ltd., training competitively in jazz, ballet, tap, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, and acro. Her strong tap technique and choreographic work have earned her awards and scholarships, and she’s presented original pieces on stage. While at Kitchener‑Waterloo Collegiate she danced, choreographed for student productions, and co‑captained the dance team, developing leadership and creative skills. Grace discovered her passion for teaching assisting at the studio and now teaches at Let’s Dance, fostering a supportive environment that builds confidence and growth. She is currently majoring in Animal Biology at the University of Guelph and holds an executive role with Evolve Dance Movement, balancing academics with her commitment to dance and mentoring younger dancers.

Megan Harding is an accomplished choreographer and teacher. Her dance
journey began at the age of four at Waterloo Dance Centre, later continuing at Let’s
Dance Ltd., where she trained extensively in ballet, lyrical, jazz, tap, and hip hop.
Meghan’s competitive dance career has taken her across Ontario and the United
States, earning her a wealth of experience and recognition. She has completed
Royal Academy of Dance ballet exams with honours, won multiple titles through
Dance Masters of America, and achieved top scores at regional competitions.
Notably, she competed at NYCDA Nationals as an Outstanding Senior Dancer and
has had the privilege of working with world-renowned choreographers. Megan is
also a proud graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, where she was a core member
of the Competitive Dance Team.

For over fifteen years, Megan has honed into her calling as a teacher and
choreographer. Megan is dedicated to her students and enjoys sharing her
knowledge and passion for the art of dance with them. She is committed to the
growth of her students and always goes above and beyond to ensure they reach
their highest potential. Her choreography is consistently recognized for its
creativity, technical expertise, precision, and ability to showcase each dancer’s
strengths. Her students have earned high scores, special awards, overall
placements, and Dance Off Champion titles, reflecting Meghan’s dedication and
talent.

Outside the studio, Megan is a devoted mother to two young daughters and a
Registered Early Childhood Educator. Her nurturing spirit and genuine care make
her a beloved member of the Let’s Dance family. She continues to grow both
personally and professionally, striving to inspire and mentor the next generation of
dancers with passion, integrity, and heart.

Megan’s dance journey kicked off in her early years, launching her into the worlds of dance education and choreography, where she has been a proud member for the past 20 years.

As an inspirational dance educator, she has trained in and continues to train in various dance genres, allowing for a distinctive dance fusion in her dynamic teaching style and choreography.
